  • What was the thought process behind the design of the b+b blister pack?

The blister pack was designed with on-the-go customers in mind.  Blister packaging is new to the OTC pain reliever category.  This packaging is child resistant and helps in the prevention of overdose situations.  With limited sharp edges, these blisters are less likely to cut while in your pocket.  Leave one on your nightstand or slip one into your pocket on your way out the door.

  • Why does the b+b bottle open on the corner?

The b+b bottle was designed to allow for a more precise pour that dispenses fewer pills at a time.

  • How can I be sure that b+b is donating medicines as promised?

As a commercial co-venture with Americares, b+b is required to publicly file the executed agreement with multiple US states.  The attorney generals of those states ensure compliance with all the terms of our agreement with Americares and the promises that we make to our customers.

  • How does the b+b give back program work?

b+b has a national commercial co-venture agreement with Americares that has been filed with the attorney generals of the required states.  Consumer purchases of b+b products trigger a donation of medicines to Americares health-focused relief efforts nationwide.  Click here for more details.

The b+b bottle was designed to allow for a more precise pour that dispenses fewer pills at a time.

    • Why is there a difference between the labels used on your website and some of the labels used on the product packaging?

Periodically, the FDA requests that all manufacturers of over the counter (OTC) medications update drug fact labels.  Our website reflects the current label with any new guidance from the FDA.  As retailers replenish their b+b product inventory, you will see the updated label on our product packaging.  Continue to follow the directions for use on the product you purchased.  When used as directed, b+b’s products continue to be safe and effective.

    • Does b+b provide donations outside of the US?

b+b’s primary focus is on Americares’ US relief programs.  Americares supplies medicines and medical supplies to free and charitable health care clinics across the U.S.  The nonprofit also responds to disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, wildfires, etc.) in the U.S. by sending medicines and relief supplies.  However, in special emergency situations, Americares and b+b may decide to use b+b donated medicines for international relief efforts.
